SWEDISH

Swedish massage works with the body on a more superficial level.  The work calms the mind, increases blood and lymph flow, and rejuvenates the body without having to work deep in to the muscles.

PRENATAL

For the mommies to be, your bodies undergo many changes, and require rest as well as relief from stress.  Not only will mommy benefit from a calming home massage, but so will baby.

DEEP TISSUE/ SPORTS MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage is a more target based modality.  It focuses on the problem areas that create tension and discomfort caused by day to day activities such as driving, desk jobs, physical activities, or even sleeping the wrong way.  I like to involve some assisted stretching with deep tissue if need be to give optimal results.  This opens up the muscles and increases the blood flow as well as your range of motion.

 CRANIAL SACRAL RELEASE

Cranial (head), Sacral (sacrum), release is a form of massage using very little motion to release the muscles, as well as the bones from the head, down the neck, spine, and to the sacrum.  This helps return the bones back to their natural state, as well as increasing the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid.

AROMATHERAPY

The use of essential oils paired with massage has numerous amounts of helpful properties.  It works to boost relaxation, lower stress levels, heighten senses, increase mental clarity, relieve tension headaches, improve energy, and reduce inflammation and anxiety, and that's just to name a few. Before we start our session together, I will assess a few things about yourself and customize certain oils to your specific needs.
